Dedicated to instilling decorum, equipping through education, and inspiring with mentorship,
our organization supports minority adolescent and teenage boys through four programs:
Character Building, Professional Development, Financial Literacy, and Health & Wellness.

The values held by Developing Noblemen Academy embody our commitment to our mission and our vision for future generations of minority men.
We believe a boy becomes a man before he becomes an adult. Manhood is marked by preparation, not age.
We believe education is a lifelong endeavor. Educated is the man whose thirst for knowledge can’t be quenched.
We believe etiquette is not a gender trait. The honor code of the gentleman has stood the test of time.
We believe well-being is a state of mind and body. Permanency is the gift men should aim to give their sons.
