Our Founder

An Arkansas native, Robin relocated to Memphis, Tennessee to study Marketing Management at The University of Memphis, later earning his M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix. Robin’s career spans logistics, operations, marketing and nonprofit. His devotion to service, specifically with youth, developed at his childhood church, Philadelphia Missionary Baptist Church, nearly two decades ago. That commitment has continued to grow through his volunteer work with his current church, Greater Imani Cathedral of Faith, visiting nursing homes, participating in afterschool tutoring, and coordinating food drives. Robin believes his purpose in life is to help others and empower youth. Developing Noblemen Academy is the birth of Robin’s vision for making a difference for the youth and ultimately making a better Memphis.
